As a certified actuary and member of the German Association of Actuaries, I have more than 15 years of extensive actuarial experience in the insurance and reinsurance market as well as in P&C consulting with a specialisation in reinsurance and risk management.My focus is on the core actuarial tasks of quantitative risk modelling of non-life risks and reserving in the context of (partial) internal models as well as regulatory driven issues according to Solvency II. In my current role as Senior Underwriter, I am responsible for analysing and evaluating the insurance and reinsurance portfolios of our European cedants, in particular for modelling and pricing of proportional and non-proportional reinsurance contracts and for structuring of reinsurance programs.
