Prehistoric resources included possible trails stone tools and one metate; historic resources consisted of can scatters, glass bottles, roads, and buildings. Collaborated with bomb technician to identify bomb fragments from previous bomb testing. Following the survey, completed primary site records for all isolates.Parkway Village Survey Lancaster, CA.Opportunistic survey of ~430 acres near Sierra Hwy following 20-30m transects. Survey was completed using collector to mark down points and polygons for all historic resources collected consisting mostly of can scatters, wellheads, glass bottles, and building foundations.VR-1 Ventura River Levee improvement Project Ventura, CA.Monitored Borings 1-20, which were part of geotechnical testing for proposed improvement of Ventura River levee. Observed daily drilling activities including using an 8-inch auger with split core that went down about 30-50 feet below the surface. Coordinated with drilling crew, geologist, and Native monitor regarding different Boring locations and potential for culturally significant archaeological or historic artifacts, sites etc. Completed daily monitoring logs of all drilling activities and findings if any.
