About Marcela Ceballos

Hi! I am a user researcher passionate about social innovation and transformation by design. I hold a Master of Arts in Cultural Management and a Master of Sciences in Design Research.I love exploring social and pedagogical applications of design, as I consider it a powerful tool for positive change in our societies. This has allowed me to participate in diverse projects for over 10 years to develop services, strategies, and products (digital and analog) for the academic, public, and private sectors. I have good skills in planning and implementing qualitative design research processes for generative and evaluative needs, defining insights and opportunities that help teams make better decisions and enhance user engagement. I feel confident with ethnographic research tools, collaborative design processes, human and user-centered design approaches, and design thinking tools.
