- Manage end-to-end mortgage applications for international clients, primarily focused on UK and Portuguese properties. - Liaise with lenders for limited company, commercial and bridging mortgages, ensuring smooth communication and timely application processing. - Package and submit mortgage applications, including gathering necessary client documentation and handling lender-specific requirements.- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate the mortgage process, providing updates and managing expectations.- Work with international clients, understanding cross-border regulations and financial nuances for property transactions.

• Assessing and reviewing Change of Director (transfer of equity) applications on our limited company mortgages, from the initial point of contact all the way through to completion. Assessing risk and application viability• Dealing with high risk/sensitive cases related to contract breaches. • Evaluation of identification documents, rental documents (such as tenancy agreements), income documents, and bank statements in line with our responsible lending policy. • Liaising directly with customers, as well as authorized 3rd parties, to ensure a resolution is met in a timely manner; communicating and delivering messages in a clear and concise way to ensure the smooth progression of an application. • Additionally affective at building internal relationships, having built a close working relationship with our Anti-Money Laundering, Credit Risk, and Legal teams as well as the Telephony staff. • Consideration of each case on its individual merits, evidencing logical thinking and assessment of information to reach a decision quickly and confidently on whether an application will be approved or declined. • Identifying and raising trends or areas of improvement that would enhance the end-to- end customer journey. • Providing training and continued support to team members on the Change of Director process, as well as supporting colleagues across various other teams in the department having acquired a diverse skillset and knowledge of multiple additional processes
