My career was established in the commercial area. With experience in several segments (Telecommunications, IT, Civil Construction, Chemicals), I feel ready to work at different levels and sectors. I am easy to adapt and I try to absorb as much information and experiences as possible, and thus contribute to delivering the expected results.Currently I work as a Senior Customer Service Analyst, where I developed analytical skills, create and monitor performance indicators and work in the structuring of projects for the area.One of the most important projects I've been leading for 2 years is Pricing. The biggest challenge I see is to develop the readjustment plan with the team of sales managers and apply it. It takes a lot of resilience, negotiation skills and persuasion. In addition, it is necessary to study the market and understand the moment, so we create different opportunities to work.Possessing emotional intelligence to deal with pressure situations and strictly comply with established deadlines and goals, always oriented towards quality results are essential to achieve Commercial Excellence.In 2021 I carried out the LEAN SIX SIGMA LEAN BELT training, and was able to act strongly in OpEx projects. Contributing to projects focused on Pricing, process improvement in internal sales, financial processes (EWC improvement) and improvement in customer service, main focus.I'm always looking to improve and learn, Feedbacks are essential in my professional life and I appreciate it all the time. I like to share my learnings with my co-workers, and whenever possible influence people. I finished my MBA in Sales Management, and I'm always updating my knowledge in Excel. I understand that this tool allows us to see the business, results and projects in another way, and there are numerous resources to be explored.Right now I'm emphasizing the creation and analysis of Dashboards, in order to bring innovation and agility to my team.Innovation is part of my essence, I'm restless and I like to contribute ideas all the time.In this year 2022 I was able to fulfill another dream, to become a mother! See life with other eyes and give more value to the little things and time with my family.I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends. With the ease I have in creating relationships, I try to leave the environment where I am relaxed and happy.I believe that working ethically, being proactive, flexible, disciplined and having good communication are the keys to achieving professional success.
