Implement the HSE Group policy within the construction sites in Hungary.Plan health and safety throughout the development, assess upcoming challenges and ensure health and safety solutions are in place.Visit construction sites, assist, advise and coach contractors and work with them to improve health and safety performance.Lead and develop the construction site's Health and Safety Team.Constantly assess opportunities for improvements and share best practice across the organisation

• Devise and implement the EHS and RISK strategy & vision for the site • Provides support and information in developing awareness of safety, health and compliance on site via hands-on on the ground coaching and walkabout.• Maintain working relationship with a wide range of company personnel and external agencies• Drafting / updating the Company EHS policy and ensuring compliance with same. • Ensure objectives outlined in the company EHS policy are achieved and maintained. • Maintain the control system for the use of chemicals on site. • Develop and maintain the site emergency plan and site business continuity plan. • Interpreting Hungarian and European Health and Safety legislation, and advising the company and all levels of the work force accordingly. • Relationship with Environment, Disaster, Occupational Health and Safety Authorities• Provide various reports, data, statistics to Authorities• Proactively review and advise on the work practices of the site employees and the contractors.• Performing EHS audits and safety risk assessments. Arrange audits by external safety consultants and other key specialist safety services. • Provision of EHS & safety expertise and advice for all project work on site. • Management and delivery of the annual safety training programme. • Consult and advise on EHS training for personnel at all levels in the company. This includes the preparation of and delivery of safety presentations and training. • Designing, reviewing and updating EHS & safety procedures and systems of work to ensure compliance with codes of practice, technological developments and best practice
