I am a third year student studying Psychology at Johnson & Wales University. At this point in my life, I am not entirely sure what career I want to pursue. My ideal plan is to travel through out the next few years and if I end up seeking something new I am passionate about, I will surely take on the opportunity. As of now, the undecided plan is to attend graduate school to receive a degree Master’s in Psychology and later become a Licensed Professional Counselor. In the meantime, I would like to continue working in the Food & Beverage Industry. I have worked both front and back of house in the Food Industry for 5 years now, from locally owned shops to fine dining ran by big corporations. I have a strong belief in eating whole, hearty foods so it makes me happy to see customers have such an excited reaction when I serve them. While studying Psychology, I have acquired many social and emotional awareness skills that I believe have really helped me give prime customer service in the Food Industry. As one might be able to tell, I am very focused on the here and now. That being said, I am super excited to see what the future has in store for me.
