- Due Diligence - Investigation of the history of the natural or legal person requested, involving the analysis and evaluation of antecedents, reputation in the media, presence and depth of legal proceedings, regularity in regulatory agencies, current and previous companies, change in corporate structure, level of exposure and relationship with politics or politically exposed persons.- Data Security - Use of the data privacy culture by ICTS (Brazil regulation) and verification regarding the use of the system by those surveyed.- Meeting Participation - Participation in the alignment of cases in progress with the board.- Analysis Reports - Preparation of reports with information about the targets requested by the client.- Responsible of gathering data and information - Collect data in social media and public databases

Internship - Capital Markets - Structuring operations - control of drafts and contract signature process.- Compliance - follow-up of the applicable legislation (CVM, ANBIMA and B3). - Administrative Proceedings - follow-up with regulatory and judicial agencies; request and verification of complementary documents for legal diligence. - Contractual Formalization - requesting and following up on the receipt of electronic copies of signed contracts.

Internship in Economic Criminal Law - cases focusing on business crimes, against the financial system, money laundering, active/passive corruption, fraud, forgery, embezzlement and other business crimes. - External Diligences - in police stations, Courts and Federal Justice, to accompany clients in hearings and/or compliance with dispatches, as well as to control the progress of processes and inquiries for which the firm is responsible. - Compliance - Application of the applicable legislation, as well as, the responsibility / or not of the Compliance Officer in Companies and other administrative positions, for example.- Hearings - responsible for supporting and creating a case study for the responsible attorney during the hearing - Preparation of petitions. - Administrative Tasks – responsible for control of the procedural phases of compliance with deadlines by the internal team and updating of the system of processes used by clients.

Crimes committed with intent against life - Public assistance - legal assistance to released defendants and/or family members of prisoners, giving information about the progress of the cases, their next phases and the functioning of the Criminal Process, according to the Jury rite.- Preparation of pleadings.- Hearings - attendance and notes of the events in court for further study or defense.- Jurisprudential and doctrinal research - after discussion with a defender in the area, inclusion of the same in the pleadings. - Jury reports - reading and meticulous study of the cases, with identification of existing procedural flaws and demonstration of possible applicable defense techniques.

- Labor Claims - follow-up of lawsuits (from the initial phase to final) and preparation of procedural documents. - Registration procedures - Board of Trade, Internal Revenue Service, Treasury and Notary Offices. - Administrative Tasks - control activities with inclusion and registration of new cases in the area, verification of documentation received and payment of court dockets/costs. - External Diligences - issuing and searching for certificates, attendance to hearings and mediations at the Regional Labor Court, Labor Justice, as well as at the Appeals Chamber to follow up on judgments. - Labor Complaints - follow-up of lawsuits (from the initial phase to the final) and preparation of procedural documents. - Registration procedures - Board of Trade, Internal Revenue Service, Treasury and Notary Offices. - Administrative Tasks - control activities with inclusion and registration of new cases in the area, verification of documentation received and payment of court dockets/costs. - Research - support to the attorney in eventual and possible defense theses,
