Reporting into the CEO of Dick Smith, I am responsible for leading the HR function across Australia and New Zealand to support over 4500 employees within our 325 sites, Distribution Centre and Support Office. Responsible for developing a HR strategy that underpins Business strategy and direction to identify, develop and retain strong talent. Coupled with this is the importance of continuos improvement, change and therefore, organisational redesign to ensure we are maximizing the efficiencies and effectiveness of our teams. To support the business, we have a team of HR Specialist who are Regionally based as well as a National Talent Development specialist, Remunerations Manager and Payroll team that report directly into myself.
