Mortgage Administrator
Current- Prepare and issue mortgage Renewal Documents within determined timeframes while ensuring accuracy.
- Review incoming Reporting Packages from lawyers, set up files in the database system and ensure that all information received is confirmed and correct.
- Review incoming State of Title Certificate’s (STC’s) and file accordingly.
- Follow up with borrowers following NSF payments (Returned payments) and reschedule make up payments.
- Ensure that all mortgages have current property insurance in place with VWR named as a loss payable.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients, brokers, lawyers.
