In Australia, ComfortDelGro Corporation is one of the largest operators of essential commuter and charter bus services and is wholly owned by the international Singapore transport giant ComfortDelGro.As a member of the Executive Management team, I was initially responsible for developing and executing a contemporary Human Resources function before assuming responsibility for overseeing the Operations team in 2017. I count among my key achievements in the role crafting and embedding a strong values framework ("SPaRCQ"); safely navigating the organisation through COVID without a single minute of customer service lost to the pandemic; a powerful DEI initiative, "Driven Women"; and being awarded a WorkSafe Victoria Award for the psycho-social safety "Healthy Minds Work" program.

Transdev Melbourne Pty Ltd ('TDM') is a part of the Transdev group, a leading private operator of public transport services in Australasia and globally. In May 2013, the Victorian Government contracted TDM to manage public bus services in the east and west of Melbourne and the SmartBus orbitals from August 2013 under the first performance based contract for this transport mode in this state.Merging services and staff from 5 different organisations and I led the People and Culture workstream to oversee the transfer of employment of 1000 employees, covered by 14 different enterprise bargaining agreements and compliance with various complex Transfer Deeds, Franchise commitments and contractual requirements.As a member of the Executive, my key achievements in the role included standing up a new HR/IR function from scratch and the negotiation of a single Maintenance EA (incorporating 5 legacy EAs) and a single Driver EA (incorporating 9 transferring EAs).
