Test finished product for quality. Analyze and respond to results as needed. Including glycol systems, carbo coolers, fillers, and blending systems.Performed inventory control for ingredience for batching and internal test chemicals.Maintained good housekeeping per GMP's for food safety audit.Ensure safe handling of chemicals and corrosive ingredience and cleaning chemicals per SOP and GMP’s Ensure micro samples are pulled and plated on all production lines, water treatment and sugar tanks. Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of FDA and OSHA requirements.Certified HACCP and Food Safety.Knowledge of statistical computations and applications.
