• Oversee all showroom activity by coordinating jewelry and clothing loans through virtual and in person stylist, editor, and influencer appointments. • Conduct outreach on behalf of brands to grow and maintain stylist and VIP relationships. • Liaise daily between company and clients such as Ana Khouri, Fernando Jorge, De Beers Jewelry, Nikos Koulis. • Circulate press releases to media for notable celebrity dressings, including all red carpet placements. • Track all celebrity activity and media coverage to generate monthly client status reports. • Coordinate award show jewelry brand partnerships by composing security agreements and arranging product transport. • Plan quarterly press previews. • Inventory seasonal collections, keeping up to date on client product availability. • Interview, train, and manage intern team and provide them with a skillset for future opportunities.
