- Work with customers to strengthen their adoption of ERP system.- Work with internal team (consultants and developers) to analyze business requirements of the prospects/customers to determine the best solution and implementation approaches in order to maximize the return on their technology investment.- Assist in the hand-off process after the deals has closed to implementation team. - Help to coordinate internal resources to balance the needs between customers, consulting and development team.- Acting as the main point of contact for all client matters and coordinate and track response to client / support requests.- Periodically measure overall customer satisfaction by visiting customers, conduct survey or phone interviews.- Acting as an evangelist to customer by informing customer the new enhancements on the ERP, introduce new add-on solutions or suggesting best practices for business operations.
