In my current role at NTT DATA, I work as the Latin America Program Manager for the iOPS initiative, a Unilever Global Program focused on technology and business transformation. Within this capacity, I am tasked with overseeing a team of over 15 Technology Leads and Quality Assurance (QA) leads. Together, we are responsible for deploying the designed technology portfolio for iOPS across Latin America, spanning more than 100 individual projects focused on Data, Analytics, Process, Planning, Trade Promotions and Order to Cash in nearly 20 countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.My role also requires close collaboration with the Business, IT Platform, and Process teams. This collaboration ensures that our roadmap remains updated and aligned with business objectives, facilitates capacity planning for local teams on both the business and technology fronts, and ensures adherence to methodologies and governance standards. Furthermore, I am in constant communication with our global teams and high-stakeholders, providing regular status reports and fostering effective cross-team communication.

Part of my dedication during B3 and Data & Analytics team was to create, from scratch, the Derived Data value proposition and help the index team to accelerate its deliveries and drive value creation from its backlog, ranging from commercial contracts, ETF creation, capture of new set of data (ESG related), launch of new indexes (FII/Real-State related) and benchmark with other stock exchanges (NASDAQ, NYSE/ICE, LSEG).

Part of the Data & Analytics team, my role was focused on specialized sales for DATAWISE and UP2DATA, two products that were under initial development. Also, with my experience, I had a major role on creating value proposition E2E for both products, conducting deep dive sessions with the team to evaluate the best commercial proposal it would have fit for the market and high internal stakeholders management.One of the things that I would highlight was the broad connection I had with the financial market, ranging from Vendors, Listed Companies, Banks, Assets, Buyside, Brokers and fintech Startups, from all types and sizes, national and international. With this close approach, I was able to scalate DATAWISE and UP2DATA from 15 to over 100+ clients. We were able to achieve high usage due to post-sales upskilling with users.

During my experience in Decision Analytics, I've approved a new Business Case for a Product (MQC) that combines the know-how of two business units and multidisciplinary teams. This product would focus on Golden Record for personal data and improvement on big data for clients. I was responsible for designing business rules and value propositions, also for go to market, MVP, product backlog and strategies for inside sales.With my expertise, I was also responsible for reorganizing internal processes of existing products and maturation of the Decision Analytics portfolio in the organization.

This experience includes working with notable B2B products like Relato and Reports at Serasa. My expertise also extends to structuring go-to-market strategies and developing value proposition. With this, I was able to lead Serasa's Hackaton (Experiance Jam 3) for positive Data, presenting 7 technical projects, all well evaluated by leadership and stakeholders.
