My first job experience was as an IT Analyst, being reponsible for supporting the company's software users and being the primary interface with our software provider, as well as developing simple applications to help improve some manual processes, like a queue system to manage the store's customers line. I was also responsible for products purchasing duties, being accountable for estimates collecting, negotiating, managing the store's stock and the input of every supplier invoice.
