This result was obtained through the conduction of more than 20 technological refresh projects and productivity suitability, resulting in the additional profitability of this contract in U$ 65,000.00/month.- Decreased the penalties of service levels agreements (SLA) of a major client of the financial sector in approximately 40% over the period of 4 months, ensuring an increase of customer satisfaction as well as the contract renewal with the total value (TCV) of U$ 40 million for more 5 years.- Implemented approximately 40 IT infrastructure projects involving 9 countries over the period of 4 years in a major client on the beverage sector.
