About Marcelo Venturi
Permaculturist and educator. PhD in Geography, Master in Agroecosystems, Agronomist Eng. and Sanitation Technician. He is an agronomist responsible for different field areas of the UFSC experimental farm since 2010, and was the technical coordinator from 2020 to 2023.He has worked as an actor, director, theater and body language teacher, and also as a entertainer. He was a student of Performing Arts at UDESC.He has been a substitute university professor at UFSC in the Agronomy, Aquaculture Engineering and Animal Science courses, and contributes as a professor in the Permaculture Discipline and in the Permaculture Specialization (post graduate course) at UFSC. He has also been a professor of social projects and was a rural extension worker in the interior of Santa Catarina for Epagri - Agricultural Research and Rural Extension of Santa Catarina Company.He have experience with permaculture, agroecology and agroforestry; bamboo cultivation; ecological soil management, food production; with alternative sanitation systems (water, sewage, waste) and bioconstruction.He is also currently an undergraduate student in Anthropology.Full Curriculum (portuguese) constantly updated, available in http://lattes.cnpq.br/7254845844884595Specialties: He have experience in Agronomy, with emphasis on agro-ecology, mainly in the following areas: bamboo culture, environmental education, permaculture, ecological soil management, tillage, wastewater, food production, sewage and bio-construction.And He has experience with recreation and social activity, and also as trainer of actors body.
