Senior It Business Analyst
Current- Execute scoping, requirements analysis and estimation for new business projectrequests from any operating company and/or business unit working directly withinternal or third-party vendor teams. Create, manage and review AFEs using thedefined scoping and estimation process, to ensure the timely implementation of allrequests;- Evaluate and test new or modified software releases to verify that applicationsfunction according to user requirements and conform to company guidelines andrecommend changes or corrections to applications to eliminate errors or toimprove stability and responsiveness while managing and tracking project statuson dedicated project management tool;- Act as liaison between IT and assigned business units for distributing informationfrom IT related information to the departments and managing the businesschanges associated with releasing new information technology solutions to thebusiness ensuring alignment and liaising directly with the IT Corporate BusinessAnalysis Manager;- Collaborate with other business analysts and project team members across thedepartment and share knowledge and experience that can be leveraged for crossproject purposes or for improvement in the business analysis process in general;- Resolve project issues throughout the project and release life cycle by workingdirectly with third party vendors or other internal groups; escalating issues asnecessary for resolution;- Communicate progress to the IT Corporate Business Analysis Manager andinternal costumers and identify, analyse risks and anticipate potential deviationsthat could affect the effective implementation of the project, proposing solutionsand actions to prevent their occurrence and make mitigating decisions or reportappropriately as issues arise;- Develop and deliver, as needed, quality project documentation according tostandards as well as training materials and documentation for new systems andbusiness processes;
