The work that I've developed focused on two different aspects : Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement. More specifically:Process Engineering: Tasked to look into an existing production process and adapt it to a new section in the factory. Tasks such as measuring new KPI's, the amount of workers needed and developing a new process layout are some of challenges that I had to face.Continuous Improvement: I've helped developing the initial steps in order to implement "Total Productive Maintenance" principles in the area of the factory that I was assigned to. Creating new KPI's and implementing 5S methodologies are some examples of the work that I've developed in this field.

System improvements were implemented in what regards interaction between SAP and it's database. These improvements allowed the company to have a better accuracy within the reports generated by the program, related mostly with the production process.

Responsible for running the treasury of the respective student's association.
