CurrentThe Head of Customer Success is responsible for establishing and maintaining a connection between all company departments and the CS managers, ensuring great communication flow and organized tracking of all customer-related activities while monitoring and steering resources effectively.My responsibilities include leading and coaching the team to effectively onboard and guide the customers throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring every customer is successfully getting value from the product and, consequently, driving increased customer satisfaction and advocacy (expansion and referrals) and direct support to key accounts and specific markets. Main achievements: customer journey (user academy) and customer portal implementations.
