As a Data Scientist at Poatek, I performed Machine Learning modelling, data analysis, and data engineering on large volumes of data for international clients.My responsibilities included:- Identifying the best way to solve the problems brought forth by clients after an in-depth analysis of their data and current business models;- Extracting statistical insights from data and creating visualizations to provide reports with actionable intelligence to stakeholders;- Performing data collection (extraction, crawling, and wrangling) and preparing pipelines for analysis;- Developing, training and deploying scalable and accurate state-of-the-art Machine Learning models that align with clients’ needs, while communicating with stakeholders to ensure that the model's functionalities will integrate well with their current technology, teams, and end-users;- Understanding projects’ data through exploratory and statistical analysis;- Studying business requisites and the value creation process for clients in sectors such as finance, healthcare, energy, and logistics, in order to provide them with Data Science services that make sense to their needs.
