I'm VoIP Engineer and FullStack Developer, with 19+ years of experience in the Telecom area, acquired during my journey in big companies and consulting providers. And for almost 2 years also acting as a mentor in Research and creation of courses in Telecom and new technologies. At Canoa Digital I work as a Senior VoIP Engineer and responsible for the structure and maintenance of the entire VoIP network that integrate the company's VoIP servers and the technologies involved in the marketplace systems.Working at Canoa as a Fullstack Developer was where I acquired a big knowledge to carry out integrations between the world of Telecom and the most modern and current technology systems, which were integrations with Artificial Intelligence and integrations for analysis and decisions based on Big Data systems.I created a system using Asterisk to abstract trunks with VoIP operators, from which the system makes the best route decision for each type of call, using as decision parameters the price and route quality, today the system works with several routes autonomously and ours availability system runs practically at 100% availability.We created a VoiceBOT project with Artificial Intelligence based on Asterisk, which is used today as a virtual assistant for the entire customer service system of the company outside of human service hours.
