Savate is a sophisticated kickboxing style with origins in the alleys of Marie Antoinette's France. The modern sport form combines the training methods of competitive athletes with the tactical precision of a sudoku puzzle -- but in a form that anyone can enjoy!

The Canadian Savate Federation is a young non-profit federation that aims to promote Savate-French Boxing in Canada. This multi-tasking role has endowed me with experience in fundraising matters such as looking for sponsors, determining priorities, managing budgets. It has also given me the chance to coordinate teams, do extensive administrative work, contact people (eg.: branches of the federation in other provinces such as Savate Quebec, Savate Ontario or Savate Alberta), organize documents and prepare reports for the International Savate Federation, to whom we respond to.
