As an Assistant Project Manager, I joined the Orientation team and my focus shifted to developing training and presentations for our 500+ advisors. As it was a very dynamic environment where new updates occurred weekly, we needed to keep our team updated and trained to help customers with their inquiries. Whenever we had a new update or advisors joining the team, I was one of the responsible for training them. In addition, I had to analyze the development of our advisors, checking their metrics, their conversations with customers, as well as conducting refresher training with senior advisors.

As a Management Consultant, I audited advisors' chats and analyzed their metrics on a weekly basis with Tableau, managed a group of 50 advisors, organized logistics, schedules, analyzed data, and did trainings. Besides that, I had weekly 1:1 meetings with advisors in order to provide feedback and improve their metrics.I was promoted to Assistant Project Manager 4 months later.

ModSquad provides on-demand customer support, content moderation, social media, and community management services globally. Through ModSquad, I provided Customer Support service to a global SaaS company. As a CS Agent, I worked on thousands of cases regarding technical issues, and account problems with users worldwide (English and Brazilian Portuguese), and attended dozens of training and e-learning to develop interpersonal and technical skills. I was promoted to a mentor position after 2 months, then to a Management Consultant position 4 months later.

When I was at Gracom, initially as an intern, I was responsible for developing and executing events for the external public with the objective of attracting new clients, as well as events for our students to keep them engaged with the school. In addition, I was also responsible for creating graphic designs for social media.After a few months, I took on the role of marketing coordinator and became involved with other sectors of the company. I helped implement a CRM system to improve our communication with our clients, and developed new internal projects.

At the beginning of my university career, I had the opportunity to join the marketing team of one of the biggest football clubs in Brazil as an intern. While I was there, I participated in the development and execution of events and promotions in the fan membership marketing department, took part in operations for the club's newly created brand, Esquadrão, and also in operations during games at the Arena Fonte Nova.
