Establish and maintain strong relationships with Logistic and Sales areas, providing advisories to strategically enhance Key Performance Indicators, and evaluate alternatives to minimize Distribution and Sales costs.Coordinate the negotiation budget with all Key Customers (Distributors Wholesalers and Key Accounts)

Protect the Company assets from financial losses, resulting from liabilities or damage to propertiesManage the Consignment inventories with all Consignment Distributors, balancing Company exposure and working capital costs;Responsible for the implementation of new Principles and Practices to reduce the Company exposure, keeping the processes more agile and change the way of working

Consolidate all Factory budgets, actual performances, productivities results and financial reports to headquarters in Brazil and USA. Implement strategies to optimize the use of company resources in the goods production;Define and coordinate all Inter-Company Export Prices, ensuring an adequate arms-length principles and also compliance with Brazilian local legislation;Work proactively with Plant areas to anticipate potential deviations and establish action plans to correct and minimize the impacts;Develop of Finance controllership area, hiring new talents and define clear job descriptions to improve technical capabilities and financial skills

Elaborate Cash Flow forecast and define the Finance Instruments for Loans and Investments in the Market;Manage all negotiations with Banks, Brokerage, Consignment Distributors and Internal areas;Implement guidelines for better cash flow controls in order to minimize working capital costs .Support the Business on payment terms negotiations with Customers and Suppliers
