Early in the pharmaceutical market, whether as an observer of my father's career in pharma, as an entrepreneur of innovative products for the time or as an intrapreneurial collaborator in large companies.I am currently Director of Information Technology at MSD. During my career, I held a position of support and project management in clinical research; responsible for process improvement and business management, managing teams to implement SAP for other subsidiaries in Latin America.I see technology as a resource of value to the company, but no more than people. Among the key outcomes in the current position is the efficiency of change management and people management during a cyber-attack, which made the Brazilian subsidiary the first one to return to normal operation.As a most recent achievement, the movement of an internal team in the company to build a pinball machine. Project that came up with the purpose of showing that the SCRUM methodology is a good business and that it is possible to give the team freedom so that innovative projects can be created.I am an Economist, Six Sigma black belt and have a master's degree in Organizational Learning.I believe in the “go out there and do it” and that as leaders our role is to pave the way and empower teams so that big transformations can be made together, even when something was thought impossible.
