Responsible, mostly, for the management of projects related to the LatAm region, comprising:Internal kickoff meetings with the account managers team, technical consultants and all deparments involved in the progress of a project, for a better alignment of the customer requests based on what was agreed in a SOW and/or technical proposal.Project planning, involving the development of a project plan, chronograms, budget review and also but not restricted to interaction with foreign partners.Follow up of project's progress through Status Report, budgetery oversight and meetings with the customer and the company's departments involved in the project.Finalize project once it reaches the phase out by having the customer acceptance of the project.

Nationally manage Telefonica's post sales problems with WAN links in Wal-Mart Brazil's home office.Manage the troubles tickets regarding their higher or lower complexity and up scalling them into the provider's structure to assure the SLA.Support the provider's internal divisions in the pre and post sales processes, mainlly acting as the liaison between client and Service Provider.
