My function in this company is basically working on the SWOT analysis and identifies the suitable business model to this market segment. Working on the financial balance and the profitable business baseline.

I had the responsibility to lead the development and maintenance of company products and within the deadlines and patterns established by the architecture, with the goal of become the company a leader in management solutions for insurance and casualty claims, further realize the function of coaching qualification with the aim of fostering leadership to the team who could support growth.
