Bridging function between global / European initiatives and the Dutch (talent assessment) market • Lead large (international) Talentmanagement/Talent Development projects• Design of and responsible for whole talent assessment project organisation • Develop talent development solutions, to ensure the companies’ employees get and retain adapted to the changing world of work • Design and development of competency modelling, selection and development centers for (international) clients• Client relationship management: recognizing commercial opportunities, cross selling and intensive stakeholdermanagement: • As a senior assessmentpsychologist responsible for delivering and leading selection assessments and development centers.Leadership• Coach and train leaders (from operational to executive level) with regard to (among other things) talent development, effective leadership, change management.• Take care of and lead (executive) network meetings• Implement and develop leadership programsTalent Mobility• Guide and coach employees in mobility programs and change processes from operational to executive level• Develop and deliver various training courses and workshops in the field of mobility, transition and talent development• Subject Matter Expert: develop and improve learning and training methods
