My journey in the technology field began with leading a team in a virtual education program adopted by the city of Pedreira, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. This experience was a milestone that enhanced my communication skills and strengthened my commitment to people's development.In 2013, my interest in technology grew during my undergraduate studies in Information Systems at PUC-Campinas, which I completed in 2017.In 2015, I had the opportunity to be part of an internship program at Motorola Mobility. During this time, I applied my knowledge to develop internal solutions that boosted productivity and accuracy in camera testing laboratory data analysis. My role involved test automation using Python scripts, the development of solutions in C++, and the integration of third-party software to interact with electronic equipment.After completing the internship program, I joined the team at Eldorado Research Institute in 2017. My initial work focused on improving my skills in analyzing the quality of smartphone cameras and proposing enhancements. I worked on test automation and developed software solutions to interact with tested products and electronic equipment, ensuring consistent and high-quality results. My experience in this area allowed me to lead training for a similar team at a partner company in China, enhancing and standardizing their processes.Subsequently, my journey evolved into developing programming skills with a focus on web applications. I collaborated with technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), C#, .NET, NodeJS, NestJS, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS, serving major technology industry leaders, including globally recognized manufacturers of laptops, computers, and smartphones.Furthermore, I embraced the opportunity to lead an internal team dedicated to knowledge generation and standardization of DevOps processes within the Institute. In this role, I coordinated collaborative efforts to enhance practices in this essential area and foster its culture. This experience further solidified my commitment and interest in leadership and the pursuit of innovation.Today, I am a technical leader in a software development team involved in a globally-reaching project in collaboration with a renowned technology company. I am committed to leading the team in delivering innovative solutions, ensuring technical excellence, and achieving high-impact goals.
