Reduction of 95% Past Due Payments and 100% unreconciled Balance Sheet accounts, through increased rigor and intensity of accounting reviews, and full rebuild of Finance talent team (all 10 new employees. terminated 2 underperforming ones). From '19 to '21, 3x growth in number of direct reports: team started with 3 FTEs and ended with 8 FTE & 2 interns. 10 quarters+ straight of controlled FP&A pacing credibility and control through weekly close R&O pacing with Ops leaders and detailed understanding in order to quantify operational facts into financial impact, while ensuring compliance to Controllership & compliance guidelines. 30% inventory reduction in 1 year, through implementation of weekly ops rhythm with Supply Chain Ops leader and proactive sale of slow moving inventories, pursued with Commercial Team. Avoidance of 10M+ P&L incorrect bookings through detailed accounting analysis and understanding with Controllership, in order to correctly book CMR, Loss Contract, Warranty Reserves and Accruals for Long-Term Service Contract Agreements.
