Key contributor to develop and implement business plan to create Océ Financial Services, a new captive leasing company. • Led cross-functional team to create OFSI. This was a merger to consolidate three leasing business divisions: Océ Printing Systems (700 customers, with portfolio value of $150,000,000), Océ North America (12,000 customers, with value of $500,000,000) and Océ Credit Corporation (sales support organization). Changed policies, procedures and staffing to improve default and collection results. Worked closely with executive management from all consolidated companies, as well as Océ NV European headquarters, PWC Consulting and Alta Group, the premier worldwide lease advisory firm.• Led project to improve distressed portfolio performance at ONA. Improved collection results to industry standards and reduced bad debt in less than one year. • As a result of an acquisition of Imagistics International, Inc., our business growth increased tenfold in six-month period. Led design initiatives to implement web-based automated credit scoring, order entry and order processing systems. Implemented enhanced systems within 120 days, including the fastest implementation of International Decision Systems Rapport system.• Effective management of direct and vendor lease programs for small to large ticket commercial, state/municipal and federal leasing. Transaction size from $1,000 to credit lines of $20,000,000.

Oversaw leasing operations for High-Speed Production Printing Systems. Established initial outside funding through syndication of lease portfolios; this process template was later adopted by Océ NV worldwide.
