MARC GOTTSCHALK has pioneered the cleantech sector co-founding Wilson Sonsini's cleantech practice as well as the world's leading cleantech accelerator, the Cleantech Open. His core areas of practice include advising cleantech and other emerging growth companies in corporation formation and venture finance transactions as well as established companies in corporate venture transactions. Marc also has extensive experience representing companies in complex real estate and environmental matters from property leasing, purchase and sale and development to environmental risk management, regulatory advice.
