As an Account Manager for Monster Cable I was responsible for handing quite a few national pro audio accounts. On a daily basis I would enter orders for some of the biggest music retailers in the US. In addition to order entry I also did first line technical support to our pro audio customers which included troubleshooting problems by phone, arranging replacement equipment when needed, and working with engineering when the problems got beyond a bad setup or a failed cable. Part of this position was managing AR when accounts were behind and working with them when they got behind. Great role to have learned customer service from. I still follow some of the Monster Mottos today.
