Technology and technological innovation have been part of my life for over 25 years. I've worked in energy, government, software manufacturing, oil and gas and SaaS companies, working in support, programming, development, analysis, infrastructure, governance and project management. My career in projects and processes began in 2009, when I worked for an energy company. My activities involved ensuring the quality of processes such as change management, understanding how each stage of the IT process was connected. I also worked as an analyst, at which point I began to develop projects in the IT infrastructure area.Due to the constant demand for technological improvements and innovations, many projects were developed, so I began to search for knowledge in project management, using PMBok and agile methodologies. The big turning point in my career came when I migrated to the area focused on software development at a company that had once been a startup. That's when I had a complete and focused immersion in the world of project management, learning in practice how a project office works. I realized that the areas of design and processes are closely connected. That's why I always try to bring these two worlds together in my work. I have a solid knowledge base that helps me make decisions, the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with a high level of complexity, scale high-performance, cross-functional teams, the ability to manage conflicts, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, experience in budget management and financial control, the ability to work with quality deliverables and large-scale, agile solutions with excellence. In recent years I have been improving my skills as a Consultant and Project Manager, leading teams in systems implementation, software development, portfolio management and IT governance. I also work as a PMO and ITIL manager. My main characteristics are agility, adaptability, resilience and a great relationship with people. I'm very grateful, happy and married. My most successful project and my most unique work is my son Lucas. My free time is dedicated to my family, friends, leisure and creative idleness! Advanced knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, XP, KANBAN, SAFe, MS Office, MS Project, Excel VBA, SQL, ClickUp, Jira, Power BI.
