• Solid, full and ongoing career development as Operations Manager, Pedagogical Coordinator, Coach and English Instructor (EFL – English as a Foreign Language), taking over several responsibilities in a competitive and changing market scenario, with the structural and information speed that characterizes the CEL-LEP business;• Management of administrative, financial, technological and human resources, as well as internal changing processes and adaptations in units under my responsibility;• Member of the Strategic Management Committee, oriented towards the new “Teaching Career Map”, which is part of the “Targets & Competences Management”;• Teams management involving teachers, coordinators and administrative staff; • Execution of the Business Plan focusing on students'retention;• Application of continuous coaching actions to improve and raise performance levels and extensive work with Teachers and Coordinators focusing on talent retention;• Experience in the planning of strategic actions aiming at the achievement of results including new students' acquisition, performance evaluation and follow up;• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients; • Support to the HR department in the recruiting process of new teachers and secretarial positions;• Implementation of an In-School Unit at Colégio São Luís, providing the structure and applying resources to an adapted pedagogical program, in partnership with the School;
