Our sales people and customer service representatives have a hands on approach and a relationship with our Insureds that leave them educated about the product and relieved of stress. My job here as reception and office management is to make sure all parties are connected with their prospective agent or CSR & that the office is running smoothly. I work directly with the Owners of the agency as well as the agents and CSRs. Using our agency management system (Eclipse- Nasasoft) I perform several tasks such as; record keeping, payroll, external downloading of services, billing etc. I have a rapport with our Insureds and I am honored to be the first person a customer may come in contact with when reaching out to our agency, I show patience and graciousness always.
