Skilled in responding to incidents created in Service Now. - efficiently creating and processing change requests on the ServiceNow platform. - troubleshooting problems caused by a wrong execution in ansible tower Responsibilities as Backup Specialist - present - transitioning new clients, configuring NetBackup, and supporting clients with the installation of agents on all VM hosts & configuring them accordingly. - resolving issues directly realted with the backup on Vm-hosts - implementing required changes to servers, addressing all necessary changes and issues related to vulnerability reports, including remediation - implementing necessary packages directly related to the NetBackup platform - completing all necessary practices related to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 system administration, in order to ensure flawless operation of NBU application on servers.
