I drafted legal opinions concerning conformity of legal provisions concerning criminal law with the PolishConstitution, the European Convention for Human Rights and the European law. I prepared projects of the constitutional complaints and lettres to the Minister of Justice concerning the postulates de lege lata and de lege ferenda.I organized the seminars, conferences and expert meetings concerning criminal law and the rule of law.I represented the Commissioner for Human Rights Office in the Polish Parliament, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.

I provided complex legal services for entrepreneurs in the area of companies law, commercial law, civil law and labour law. I also supported business in the area of combating unfair competition, and in competition law and consumer protection

I dealt with the cases lodged against Poland. This including assessing applications to ensure they comply with the minimum requirements for lodging an application; reviewing and assessing complaints; drafting proposals on clearly inadmissible cases; highlighting and referring applications of concern to a Chamber of Judges and drafting communication reports to the Polish government. I also prepared the drafts of decisions and judgments. At the request of the Registry, I prepared the legal research on the given topic.
