Re:Constitution

re:constitution promotes exchange, fact-based debate and analysis on democracy, the rule of law and the shifting political dynamics in Europe. The programme awards Fellowships to scholars and practitioners, organizes encounters and events and publishes analysis to help increase awareness of the rule of law issues in the EU and inform the public debate. re:constitution is co-managed by the Forum Transregionale Studien and Democracy Reporting International, and funded by Stiftung Mercator.
