• I started work in the southwest of Goiás (Rio Verde, Jataí, Chapadão-do-sul, among others) with the fungicide Difenoconazole, on soybeans, to control (Septoria, Cercospora, Oidium) in the vegetative period of soybeans (V4 - V6) which became a recommendation very important, with a return of at least 2 to 3 bags of soybeans per hectare and many areas above 4 to 6 bags/ha. This positioning was only taken much further by the company that holds the registration as a reference product on the market.• I participated in the development of the formulation, registration and launch of the fungicide based on Azoxystrobin + Tebuconazole. Initially with a different proportion of active ingredients than other ready-made mixtures with these chemical groups, which required the addition of more triazoles to the tank. The fungicide also surpassed the market leader (Trifloxystrobin + Tebuconazole) in controlling diseases in corn crops, always with excellent cost and benefit.• I participated in the launch and development of the Chlorothalonil-based fungicide to control soybean rust, being champions for 6 consecutive years in the Embrapa Network Trials for protective fungicides used alone and in mixtures with other active ingredients.• Market leader in the herbicide Paraquat, highest volume after the reference brand and Imidacloprid, one of the market leaders in its segment for isolated active ingredients.• I started working with the digital tool in the southwest of Goiás, prospecting clients, training internal and external teams. The project was very early, being presented to the market and undergoing constant improvements.• I carried out technical integration training for new internal and external employees, as well as technical assistants (TAs).
