Responsible for leading the implementation of Aflac Group’s new Policy Administration System (Wynsure).

In the position of Vice President of Technology and Operations at International SOS from 2003 to 2007, Marc substantially reduced operating costs (38%) by consolidating vendors and systems. A proven leader who thrives in turn-around environments, Marc managed the re-organization of people, process, and technology which increased annual revenue (23%). Marc’s long-term vision for workforce planning enabled him to strategically outsource noncore skills while building a strong internal team around the organization’s core competency. As an award-winning speaker, Marc was conferred the Distinguished Fellows Award at the ACTE Conference (2006) for his Educational Session on Pandemic Preparedness.

At Rosenbluth International (2000-2003), Marc was Vice President and General Manager of the Leisure travel division (travelution.com). By listening to his business users, he optimized hidden opportunities. Marc led the successful conversion from a traditional travel business model to an eCommerce model, generating a $20 million increase in sales in under two years; his vision to outsource noncore business processes lead to a 20 percent reduction in operating costs.

As Director of Technology for the Global Vacation Group, Inc., Marc was responsible for leading merger and acquisition integration. He successfully led Global Vacation technical platform through five different acquisitions and was responsible for the management of eCommerce strategies and budgets for all of the Global Vacation Group brands. Marc also implemented yield management and competitive systems that realized a $3 million margin enhancement.

From 1994 to 1997, Marc led the program implementation and management efforts for the Hibbert Group’s Fortune 500 client base. At the Hibbert Group, Marc was a pioneer, leading the organization through some of the industry’s first Internet-based marketing programs.
