Providing administrative support to engineering summer internships, undergraduate and graduate programs. This included screening CVs to assist with the shortlisting process, matching candidates to the relevant programmes, arranging key events, organizing interview panels and the onboarding process, and assisting with general day to day activities of running the graduate engineering programme. I developed surveys for the three cohorts regarding their programs to gather information for the future development and improvement of these programmes. After receiving survey, I analyzed the data and completed a presentation which I submitted to my Line Manager and Senior Manager outlining ways for future improvement of the programmes.
