Currently working in an inpatient setting with patients with strong behavioral issues including severe aggression, sexually acting out, depression, suicidal ideations, among other psychotic behaviors. I work with patients on their day to day necessities, from helping with self-care and hygiene to helping calm down and talk to patients in crisis. My team works closely with doctors, nurses and social workers as we assess and document the patients and their behaviors. I have worked with all forms of adult populations from young adults to the elderly and am able to assist with age-specific needs and interventions.

Volunteered as a helper to adults with mental and physical disabilities. Tasks included both clerical/paper work and an assistant to the clientele including assistance with day to day activities, job opportunities, lessons/teachings and social interaction for individuals that come to the center.

Created and led fitness and recreational activities for students ages 6-10. Oversaw groups of 10+ students daily and assisted other coaches and school staff with disciplinary measures, lessons, and behavioral interventions. Provided support and age appropriate solutions for struggling students.

Organized and ran experimental labs for Psychology students, including tasks such as serving as moderator for experiments, collecting and analyzing data results using SPSS, and calculating variable in psychological studies. Gained an excellent understanding of APA format as well as data management and formulation.

Tasks at the restaurant consisted mainly of customer service and included serving food and drinks, resolving customer complaints, and handling day to day operations within the restaurant. Other tasks were performed as needed including janitorial duties, security checks, opening and closing of the restaurant.
