Project coordinator in the field of crop protection and quarantine plant pathogens. The role involves supervising and training laboratory staff on standard operating procedures (SOP) based on project requirements, supporting laboratory staff in daily tasks including troubleshooting when needed, updating SOP, Risk Assessments and COSHH. At the same time the role involve liaising with project managers on delivery progress, budgeting updates, data analysis, and reporting.

The project was led by Dr. Bernd Haenfling (University of Hull) in collaboration with the Environment Agency (EA) to define environmental DNA criterias to match the currently existing WFD criterias regarding fish communities across 40 natural lakes in England. The key responsibilities included remote planning, creation of sampling maps, carrying out the sampling and filtration of the eDNA samples.

Key responsibilities included doorstep interviews and engagement of residents of London Borough of Merton to assess the involvement of residents in recycling and to promote a new recycling scheme recently introduced by the Council.
