My mission at Lunaphore aims to manage the scientific projects between Lunaphore and its academic partners, contribute to the writing of scientific publications, submit applications for public funding, and perform a literature review. A comprehensive though not exhaustive list of my activities includes:- Ensure the good implementation of scientific projects in collaboration with academic partners, being accountable for timelines, budget, and scope- Scouting new collaborations opportunities for the strategic innovation of the technological platforms- Contribute to the writing of scientific articles and white papers- Draft applications and manage the submission process for public funding to finance collaborative projects with academic partners- Plan budget and resource allocation for scientific projects in collaboration with academia- Perform regular literature review in all fields of interest of the Company, and actively share interesting findings- Report the status of the projects- Contribute to maintain and improve the quality system in order to comply with all applicable regulation and standards, especially with ISO 9001.

- Interested in project management for life sciences (PRINCE2 Foundation certificate)- Head cross-functional team within the lab unit to identify epigenetic forces of tumorigenesis- Oversee all project phases to decipher unappreciated molecular mechanism of muscle differentiation- I fostered key partnerships to develop a new animal model of liver cancer- During these years, I refined my education in the SOPs for animal experimentation through the acquisition of the RESAL Modules 1 & 2- Managing budget for animal experiments and preparation of grant application- Coordinate and supervise the activity of PhD candidates and master students

- Isolated multipotent progenitors from small & large animal models to develop new cell therapy protocols for muscular dystrophies - Coordinate and supervise the activity of students and PhD candidates- Within a nonexistent unit, I actively contributed to the establishment of a new research lab (1M €). I took over most of the organizational steps (e.g. purchasing equipment, space distribution, strategic framework) of the Translational Cardiomyology unit.

- Title of the thesis: "Remodeling skeletal muscle using a novel HGF-derived recombinant protein"- Guest Researcher at KU LEUVEN, Belgium- Characterize transgenic protein to modulate muscle plasticity and ameliorate muscle wasting conditions- Identify and hit biochemical pathways controlling stemness niche in pathophysiological settings
