I am a vineyard consultant and have worked all over the world. My goal is to help my clients to find the “voice” of their vineyard, and in doing so, express its unique personality through each and every ultra-premium wine that I help produce with them. Armed with a degree in agricultural sciences, specializing in viticulture and oenology from theUniversity of Perugia(Italy); I have spent the past twenty-five vintages developing my winemaking skills in some of the best wineries throughout the world. My strong expertise in the viticultural field comes from my unique background of working with different terroires such as California, Italy, Mexico, Texas, Germany, Romania, Argentina, and Croatia.My Philosophy: High quality is in the details. In order to understand and know what to look for, you need to listen to your vineyard and its needs. Living by this doctrine, I have learned that there are many people who can produce a good wine, but few people who can make a great wine. Currently, I travel between Italy and California as a vineyard consultant and developer. I have two types of clients:1. Small and large developed wineries who require consulting to improve the quality of their grapes in order to produce fine wines.2. A new investor who is looking to break into the wine making business and requires consulting and advice on where to buy land, how to plant a vineyard, and how to make wine.
