In my role as Enterprise Architect I deal with two different tasks: - performing pre-sales analysis, starting from business requirements, designing the IT architectural solution, identifying the impacts on company systems, and producing costs estimations- driving the implementation activities, designing the data models and deciding which system holds data ownership, specifying interfaces between systems both in terms of information content and implementation technologies, defining data flows between systems.Other typical activities in my daily work are: holding technical meetings with software developers and suppliers, liaising with the non-IT project stakeholders and supporting quality assurance and operations teams to clarify architectural topics.The company operates internationally in the field of vehicle safety and security (black boxes for insurance companies and satellite antitheft alarms). The systems concerned in my work-scope cover all the company processes ranging from business specific (i.e the telematics platform, which controls devices mounted on vehicles, and the analytics platform, which concerns driving behavior, theft and crash recognition algorithms) to business support systems (Order management, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, Business Intelligence, CTI-IVR, etc.)

From 2014 to 2016 I worked in the team that deals with the definition and implementation of business processes, with specific (but not exclusive) assignment to the Administrative After Sales and Technical Assurance processes. My main assignments in this role were:- Customer Journey design- Company processes design- Interfacing with the corporate actors involved in the processes- Interaction with IT Technology representatives to specify the developments required to implement the processes on the different IT systemsFrom 2011 to 2013 I worked in the IT demand management area. In this role I acted as an interface between internal customers (users of company systems) and IT system managers in the process of transforming requirements into new features on systems.The services I worked on were meant for Consumer or Enterprise customers and the range of my job involved operating on different business processes: order taking, provisioning, service assurance, accounting, commissioning, logistics.Among my assignments:- requirements collection- solution design and systems integration architecture design- feasibility analysis- end to end developments supervision- project ManagementFrom 2007 to 2010 I was accountable for the "Customer Network Inventory and Service Delivery" system for Enterprise customers. The system, custom developed by external suppliers, deals with fulfilling the activation, modification and termination of data and voice services, coordinating the required tasks and interfacing with the corporate actors and network systems.Among my assignments:- analysis of new requirements and related costs estimation- design of new features and interfaces with other systems- Interaction with external suppliers- Communication with internal customers (system users)- Supervision in malfunctions management

I was part of a group of 30 people dedicated to the development of a custom system for the telecommunications company WIND / INFOSTRADA dedicated to telematics services delivery.During these years, as my experience grew deeper, and based on the needs of the moment, I have held different roles: developer (Visual Basic, C ++, Pro C and PL / SQL on an Oracle database), technical analyst, functional analyst, tester, deployment manager, trainer for system users. In 2001, I was in charge of an area of the development team, gaining experience in managing a group of people. From 2005 I covered the position of Business Analyst, providing the client with the necessary consultancy to transform the new requirements into system functionality and coordinating the technical analysis and development activities.
