I am a committed, result-driven, customer-focused and pragmatic manager. I have an international background, a track record in growing profitable international software businesses, from start-up to steady state, and a significant M&A experience. I believe in teamwork, customer relationships and innovation as key ingredients for success.After 7 years at Pirelli, I joined TXT in 1994.During the past 25 years, I accepted many different challenges, flexibly changed roles several times and took growing responsibilities along the journey of TXT from small, local software house to global business. After being in the Management Team that has driven TXT's IPO in 2000, I have been responsible for the start-up and the development of its international operations, from green field to global leadership. From 2009 to 2019, I have been the CEO at TXT. In these years, I have driven a strategic and operational turnaround of the Company, bringing the “Retail” Division to steady state, as a profitable and self-sustainable global software vendor, while continuing growing the other Divisions of TXT as a steadily profitable software service business. The sale of the "Retail" Division in July 2017 and a refined strategy to accelerate the development of the other TXT Divisions, fuelled by fresh financial resources, represented for me another, exciting challenge. Since 2016 I have been leading, in this new phase of TXT history, the global growth of the software and engineering services business in Aerospace, Aviation and Automotive. Internationalization, innovation and profitable organic growth, accelerated via targeted acquisitions, are the key pillars of my approach to create shareholders value at TXT.
